Proventures conducts corporate in-house programs in the areas of project, program and portfolio management concepts and applications using tools like Microsoft Projects, Oracle Primavera, JIRA, Project Online, Prochain etc.

We treat every corporate assignment as a unique project and follow a typical life cycle approach. Each assignment go through the following phases.
