Every student will be given access to Proventures E Learning portal. We include this cost in our course fee and distribute the log-in credential once you register for our programs. The student can use the portal for one year to learn. The portal contains online reader / downloadable pdf version of the PgMP learning document, Pre and Post assessments, templates, and short videos.
The workshop will follow PMI- PgMP exam content outline and aligned to PgMP certification. We take you through real time scenarios and connecting with case programs.

A professional coaching is essential because PgMP credential involves higher level of strategic thinking, and detailed working of the plans and strategies to realize complex, multi-project endeavours. No amount of reading is adequate as it involves dialogue and multiple iterations of understanding and internalizing the concepts. These concepts then need to be articulated in the form of program description and experience summaries before the submission of application form for PMI evaluation and approval. Proventures provides personalized coaching over 4-6 weeks and helps the professionals in terms of application preparation and reviews.
We collect the following information and then our online certification system can be used to guide you through the process.
- Contact information — email, address, phone number.
- Education attained — College attended, level of education attained, degree date/month.
- Domain experience — details of the programs you have worked on, including qualifying months, role, and organization details and
- Experience summary on the five domains of Program Management Once you open an application, it will remain active for 90 days after which it will close.
Once we receive your application, we will verify that you meet the eligibility criteria and that your experience and/or education is valid and consistent with the guidelines stated in the certification handbook.
Typically, the application review period will take 5–10 days. Once it is complete, we’ll email you to move on to the next step.
For PMI Members: ₹46,338.00. We recommend you, take the PMI membership to avail the concessional fee and other resources that can be freely downloaded as part of member benefits.

No. No one certification serves as a prerequisite for another. You also do not have to be a PMI member to apply to become a certification holder.
To obtain a PMI certification, you must first meet the eligibility requirements outlined on these web pages and detailed in the certification handbooks. Then, you must pass an exam.

When applying, you do not need to send documentation. However, you will be required to send supporting documentation if your application is selected for a random audit. To find out more about PMI’s audit process, refer to the certification handbooks and the audit FAQs.
You may refer to yourself as a certification holder. You will receive your digital badge through Credly, which can be shared on social media and verified by employers. Please refer to the “Use of Your PMI Certification” section of the handbooks for more details.
Once you are eligible, PMI will e-mail you examination scheduling instructions with your eligibility code, which you will need when scheduling your exam appointment at a testing center.
