We strongly believe that the candidates who participate in this program will acquire a thorough knowledge from the subject matter experts. The internship project they work on would be of special significance. One previous set of PMO candidates, using Agile Methodology, developed an Integrated project management information system (iPromise) which can be used for not-for-profit organizations and NGOs. This project with an approximate 1000 manhours effort was done by the team in a record span of 12 weeks with six fortnightly sprints.

Project Management Training provides a broad level understanding specifically designed for PMO Candidates based on PMBOK 6th Edition who comes with little or no project experience.

Microsoft Project Professional 2019

Microsoft Project 2019 seamlessly integrates the above process steps and facilitates the Project Managers in creating a model plan, perform what-if scenario analysis, choose the best alternative, set and maintain baselines. This plan will be used for tracking, reporting, and integrated change control.

Primavera P6 for Project Scheduling

Oracle's Primavera P6 is the world's most popular robust and ease-to-use software application for managing Projects, Programmes, and Portfolios. It is a browser-based solution comprising role-specific functionality to satisy each stake holder's needs responsiilities and skills.

Microsoft Project online – for EPM

Microsoft has delivered flexible software for Project Portfolio Management (PPM) through editions of Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Project Professional.designed for PMO Candidates based on PMBOK 6th Edition who comes with little or no project experience.

Microsoft Power BI for Reporting and dashboard

Microsoft Power BI is the business intelligence tool helps to find insights within an organization's data with visualization. Power BI connects different data sets, transform, and clean the data into a data model and create charts or graphs to provide visuals of the data.

Business Communication & Soft Skills

Business Communication includes different aspects like marketing, public relations, customer relations, corporate and interpersonal communication, etc. It involves a constant flow of information and feedback is the integral part of it.

Placements Assistance:
  • Placement Assistance will commence from 4-6 month for all qualified candidates
  • If candidates are not placed within six months, they will be given an opportunity to work as part of Proventures Consulting another 6 months
  • Experience certificate of 1 year will be given at the end of 12 months.

No. No one certification serves as a prerequisite for another. You also do not have to be a PMI member to apply to become a certification holder.
To obtain a PMI certification, you must first meet the eligibility requirements outlined on these web pages and detailed in the certification handbooks. Then, you must pass an exam.
The eligibility requirements for each certification are mentioned here, on these web pages, and detailed in each respective certification handbook. Please link to the appropriate certification handbook for complete guidelines.
All certification applications are available online. Click the “Apply” button on these web pages. Please note that any missing information on the application will delay processing.
When submitting an application, you do not need to send documentation. However, you will be required to send supporting documentation if your application is selected for a random audit. To find out more about PMI’s audit process, refer to the certification handbooks and the audit FAQs.
You also can start making plans for maintaining your certification by familiarizing yourself with the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program and its requirements. More details on the CCR program can be found within the CCR Handbook . CCR Handbook
Once you are eligible, PMI will e-mail you examination scheduling instructions with your eligibility code, which you will need when scheduling your exam appointment at a testing center.
All PMI exams are offered at approved Pearson VUE Testing Centers worldwide. You can check for locations on Pearson VUE’s website . (NOTE: Please check Pearson VUE’s Covid-19 page for information about exam availability in your area.)
The PMP, CAPM, and PMI-ACP exams are translated into multiple languages. Please consult the respective certification handbooks for details on specific languages available.
Other certification exams are not currently translated, but PMI will notify you when translations are available.
If you fail the exam on your first attempt, you can re-take it two more times within your one-year eligibility period. Fees are associated with re-examination. Details for re-examination can be found in the certification handbook.
Your application is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval. If you allow your eligibility to lapse, you must re-apply.

PDUs stand for Professional Development Units. PDUs are the measuring unit used to quantify your professional development as part of the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program. 1 PDU = 1 hour of learning/activity.
