Sanjay Kumar Chowlam is a Sr. Business Analyst in M/S Proventures working from Oct 2020 to till date. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantapur and holds two Master degrees one in Master of Computer Application and the other in Business Administration. He was awarded M. Phil in area of Computer Networks.

He has very good knowledge on the PMO Concepts and also has good hands on experience on the various project management and reporting tools (Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Server/Online, Primavera P6, and Power BI). To his credit, he is an excellent trainer too.

As a Project Management Consultant, he worked on a Non Government Organization Project. He has a good understanding and knowledge on the PM4NGO standards (PMD Pro-Guide). He understood their business processes, design customizations, and configure the Microsoft Project Server/Online and report generation along with the team of size 4. He supports the development of the new training programs for Proventures on Project Management.

He worked for Prozentech Solutions Pvt. Ltd as an Operations Manager. He played a key role in enhancing the look & feel and functionalities of the website (www.keyboor.com) apart from the role of Business Development.

Tested the Technical/functionality issues in the website (www.keyboor.com) and reported to the technical team.

He worked as Training & Placement Officer and has vast experience in conducting Personality Development Sessions for the B. Tech, B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy and Pharm. D, MCA, MBA students.

He organized both On-Campus & Pool Campus Placement Drives for Diploma, B. Tech, and B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, Pharm. D, MCA and MBA students. He gave guest lectures on “Stress and Risk Management”, “Entrepreneurship Development”, “Team Work”, and etc.

He arranged the Industrial visit programs to Infosys, Sanzyme, L&T Cements for the students. He also organized Faculty Development Program on theme “Teacher – Re-Invented”.

Agile Experience:

Proventures as an organization has adopted agile practice for all the projects delivered by the organization to customers, product development and process improvement projects. Sanjay is responsible to implement agile practices and guiding the team to adopt and implement agile methodologies. He leads the team assigning the responsibilities, by organizing the daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
