Proventures Conducted a 3-day MS Project 2019 workshop for Jamshedpur Utilities Company Limited on 2-4 May 2019. Fifteen key users have attended this workshop held at Tata Nagar. The program started with a re-assessment. A custom case study was developed with its infrastructure project work package.
The team developed the following key deliverables:
- Work breakdown structure with custom code
- Task-based schedule
- Resource loaded schedule
- Cost loaded schedule
- Create a baseline and multiple tracking methods
- PERT and Critical path analysis and schedule optimization
Later the team defined their own use cases to track the main project. Application of a suitable method of tracking based on the site scenario, they experienced how they can keep control over the schedule and perform delay analysis, rescheduling.
The Pre and post assessment survey showed there was a 50% average improvement of their skills on the application of Project Management concepts through MS Projects 2019
