Progressive Ventures provide special packages for educational institutions to prepare their pre-final and final year students to make them employable and “Industry Ready” candidates. This will be offered in the form of seminars and boot camps in the area of Software Engineering, Testing and Project Leadership/Management.  

Consulting

We offer consulting services in the area of process gap analysis, implementation of CMMI, ISO 9000, PRINCE2, GDPM (Goal Directed Project Management) and PMBOK based methodology for managing projects.

We can help organizations to adapt Project Management Culture by creating awareness, through education, competency development, and establishing and implementation of PMO. 

Information Repository

Progressive Ventures offer a forum for the contribution and exchange of information concerning Project management, Quality Assurance and Software engineering improvement activities. We have begun this activity by creating forums. We invite your contributions through sharing of experience and best practises.  

Seminars/Conferences

Progressive Ventures can support organizations to organize in-house seminars/ conferences to showcase their best practices and in-house talents. This will increase the employee motivation significantly and contribute to their professional development.  

Publications

Progressive Ventures intend to bring out a quarterly management journal in electronic mode from Q3, 2008. This will carry industry best practices, lessons learned etc in the area of Project/Program Management, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering and Architecture, tools and techniques.

We will accept quality contributions from professionals and academicians. Detailed guidelines on submission of articles will be published later.
